STEPPING BEYOND BOUNDARIES

Chello dahlings! I'm so happy to announce that my new meditation CD is finally out! Jim Fargiano and I have been working on it for the past few months so it's a great feeling to finally hold one in my hand. Wellah! It's got 5 powerful meditations, written by Jim, and I wrote the music & narrated it. I'm in love with the cover art, a beautiful painting called 'Straight Beach' by Southampton based artist (and my best friend!), Trina Michne!
