January at Home: Music, Reflection & New Songs

After a year full of travel and adventure—visiting family and friends and touring with Blackmore’s Night—January feels like a gentle return home. It’s a season for reflecting on a truly wonderful year, one I’m incredibly grateful for, and for setting intentions to keep growing in the year ahead. I’m excited to spend this winter playing some cozy local restaurant dates with The Barroom Girls, alongside Erin Doherty and myself, sharing a relaxed mix of acoustic rock, pop, country, and the occasional Irish song. January is also a quieter, creative month for me—time to learn new cover songs, do some songwriting, and share pieces of that process on my YouTube channel, Jessie Haynes Music. Warm rooms, familiar faces, new songs taking shape, and a little musical mischief feel like the perfect way to begin the year. ✨🎶
