Spring brings a fresh start, a chance to clear out the old and welcome new energy. After a long, cold, and cozy winter here in New York, many of us feel ready to shed what no longer serves us. This feeling inspired a new song called Brand New Day, which I started writing at the end of last summer and recently finished. The song is about letting go, just in time for spring. It got me thinking: what am I ready to let go of this year? Oh so many things lol! And what about you?
